So after my first competition the judges told me I was too lean and need to add more muscle.....so my coach put me on a muscle building diet aka more carbs..that's when I found out I had celiac disease....I was bloated well extremely bloated all the time so I went to the doctor just to make sure everything was okay...that's how I found out I had celiac disease so now no more gluten which is in everything. NO its not just wheat its gluten had to get rid of my salsa and mustard as well..right now keep ing my diet very clean with sweet potatoes as my complex carbs just for now while my bowel heals from the damage from gluten.. here a pic of 1 week gluten free still a lil bloated but not as bad.
